color abounds
if you close your eyes,
color fades and darkness awaits
Look close enough,
color surrounds and abounds,
wanting you to drink it in
Red, yellow, blue and green
Color abounds in my heart
wanting you to drink
from the rainbow within me.
Sweet Sherbet finds my mouth and,
sadly yours is bitter on my tongue
